1. This is a puppy replacement guarantee only. It is the buyer's responsibility to have your puppy checked out by your veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving your puppy and send it to the seller. If a life-threatening medical problem does exist, a replacement puppy will be given upon return of the puppy to the seller. All delivery charges for the return of the puppy to the seller are the responsibility of the buyer. The seller has one (1) year to provide a replacement puppy. If the puppy is kept, all vet bills and expenses become the responsibility of the buyer.
2. The puppy is guaranteed for any and all life-threatening hereditary conditions for a period of two (2) years. Coccidiosis, umbilical hernias, stoic membrane or worms.
3. The adult size and color of your puppy are estimates only. No guarantees are made. Shih-tzu are double-coated meaning their color may lighten or darken as the puppy grows older.
4. An autopsy is required by your vet and verified by our vet if a sudden death occurs. If death occured due to a prnatal problem, a replacement of the same sex and value will be given.
5. Should there be a legal issue due to a disagreement between the buyer and seller, all legal issues will be dealt with in the state of North Carolina, Granville County and is subject to all North Carolina laws. All attorney fees both buyer and seller will be billed to the buyer.
6. The buyer agrees to offer the puppy back to the seller before placing the puppy in a new home. This aggreement is non-transferrable.
